Do you ship worldwide?
We proudly ship to most global destinations. However, due to logistical constraints, we’re currently unable to deliver to some Asian countries and select remote regions.

What if my instrument arrives damaged?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. If any instrument doesn’t speak to your soul as expected, you may return it in its original condition with all packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, mouth-blown instruments like flutes, ocarinas, and didgeridoos cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
